Terms and Conditions for Teacher Tapp $10 Starbucks Voucher Promotion

Teacher Tapp is excited to welcome new users with a $10 Starbucks voucher! To qualify, you must be a new user who signs up for the Teacher Tapp app and uses it for 30 consecutive days between February 7, 2025, and April 30, 2025.

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully.

Eligibility Criteria

1. The promotion is open to teachers employed in K-12 schools in the United States who use the Teacher Tapp app.
2. Entrants must provide the name of the school where they are employed in their Teacher Tapp profile.
3. Entrants must be legal residents of the United States.
4. Only one Teacher Tapp account per person is eligible for this promotion. If we suspect multiple accounts are being used by a single individual, we reserve the right to disqualify the entrant.
5. Proof of employment at the school may be required before issuing the voucher (e.g. school email, staff ID or other verifiable information).
6. The promotion is only open to new users of the Teacher Tapp app who sign up during the promotion period.
7. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to participate in this promotion.

Promotion Duration

9. The promotion period is from February 7, 2025, to April 30, 2025. To be eligible, participants must register by March 31, 2025, to allow sufficient time to complete 30 consecutive days.
10. To qualify for the $10 Starbucks voucher, participants must use the Teacher Tapp app for 30 consecutive days during this period.

Reward Details

11. Participants who meet the eligibility criteria and complete 30 consecutive days of app usage within the promotion period will qualify for a $10 Starbucks voucher.
12. The promotion is limited to the first 1,000 eligible participants who register for Teacher Tapp after the opening of the promotion.
13. If fewer than 1,000 people register, the competition will continue as planned.
14. Once 1,000 participants have registered, no further entries will be accepted. The homepage on a participant’s Teacher Tapp app will indicate whether they are successfully enrolled in the promotion.
15. To secure a place, users must register on Teacher Tapp, complete their profile, answer that day’s questions and view the Teacher Tapp homepage which will show if they are enrolled in the promotion.
16. The voucher will be delivered electronically to the email address associated with the participant’s Teacher Tapp account within 30 days of confirmation of eligibility.
17. The voucher is non-transferable, cannot be refunded or exchanged, and there is no cash alternative.
18. Only those who complete 30 consecutive days will receive a reward. This may be anywhere from 1 to 1,000 people. Any unclaimed funds will be retained by Education Intelligence and may be used for future promotions or product improvements.

How to Qualify

15. Users must open and answer questions on the Teacher Tapp app for 30 consecutive days within the promotion period.
16. Days must be consecutive; skipping even one day will reset the count.
17. Only app usage during the specified promotion period will be counted towards qualification.

Notification and Delivery

18. Qualified participants will be notified via email within 10 business days after meeting the criteria.
19. The $10 Starbucks voucher will be sent electronically to the email address associated with the participant’s account within 30 days of qualification.

General Conditions

20. Education Intelligence Limited reserves the right to request proof of eligibility, including employment at a K-12 school, before issuing the voucher.
21. If a participant cannot be contacted or fails to claim their voucher within 14 days of notification, the voucher may be forfeited.
22. Education Intelligence Limited takes no responsibility for technical issues, such as app or network connectivity errors, that may prevent participation.
23. The promoter reserves the right to cap the number of participants at 1,000 to ensure manageable distribution.
24. Education Intelligence Limited reserves the right to stop the promotion at any time.
25. Education Intelligence Limited shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
26. Education Intelligence Limited reserves the right to cancel the promotion if circumstances arise outside of its control.
27. Education Intelligence Limited is not responsible for technical failures, including but not limited to app crashes, server downtime, or connectivity issues that may prevent users from completing their 30-day streak. However, in the event of a widespread outage affecting multiple users, we reserve the right to review and apply reasonable accommodations at our sole discretion. Participants experiencing technical issues should report them promptly to usa@teachertapp.com to be considered for any adjustments.
